Making shapes in Reception

Reception had fun this morning working with geoboards and elastic bands to create 2d shapes and patterns. They created shapes of different sizes and orientations and were able to describe the properties using the words “side” and “angle”. This activity also developed their fine motor skills as they manipulated the bands to make the shapes. Well done, Reception!
