I have learnt that in Egypt they wanted to keep things simple when sculpting so they only used unit fractions. -
I enjoyed this week a lot.

I learnt that Liu Hui was an ancient Chinese mathematician that made an extremely accurate measurement of pi (3.14159…) and his was 3.1416. I also learnt that a megagon is a shape with a million (mega-) sides and looks like a circle, but has extremely small sides.

In china I learnt they have a magic triangle puzzle and they use bamboo sticks to represent their numbers 1-9.
In an India Brahmaguta was a mathematician and an astronomer He wrote 2 texts and it was called Brahmasphutasiddhanta Khandakhadyaka . -
