This is similar to Ramadan because we fast as well but just on another month. Although Christians are fasting nearly the same time as Muslims but we have Eid at the end of Ramadan.

This is similar because they both fast and it’s religion to do it and any age can do it . They both use a fasting period but Lent is a month after Ramadan.
Muslim do Ramadan and Christians Do Lent so different religions do different things.

Christians have started a fasting feast just like muslims in ramadan.
Muslims eat at the time of dinner we all have a radio that will tell us when start eating our dates that is what we do we make special food before the radio starts.

The similarity between Ramadan and lent is that Muslims and Cristian’s both fast for their own beliefs for different period of time. This is important to respect.

This is for religious reasons .

As a class we discussed what Lent was as most of us had never heard of it before. We compared it to our own beliefs.
People fast during both Ramadan and Lent for religious reasons.
Both religions fast as a sign of resisting temptation.
After both periods of fasting there is a religious celebration- Christians will celebrate Easter and Muslims celebrate Eid.

        Hi Mrs Frankish,
We have discussed how both religions are similar again. We spoke about how the core values and beliefs are the same. For example:
Both religions are based on respect.
Both religions believe in Jesus being a prophet although Muslims do not believe he is the son of God.
Both religions believe Jesus will come back from the dead.
We discussed how many of Islam beliefs and ideas are based on those of Christianity.
Many of the prophets in both religions are the same.
We have come to the conclusion that both religions are very similar and have the same foundations.

The similar thing about Ramadan is that Muslims fast too they even sometimes go celebrate with their friends 👭 too.
We all have to be respectful of each other’s religion too to be kind.
After Ramadan we have Eid and that’s when we have some fun with our cousins when they come over we even we’re some nice Arabian/Pakistani clothes too.

This is similar to Ramadan because Christian’s are fasting for a period of time for lent. Muslims fasting for a period of time as well at the end of the fasting for Muslims we have Eid. Is where we celebrate with our family and friends.

We can respect one of each other religion by fasting for lent giving something up or celebrating Eid ( just come with your family and be happy you have them) that’s how we can respect one of each other.
