Plea to Parents

Morning,

Unfortunately the virus has not gone away. We don’t want schools to close, we want everyone to remain safe.

I am therefore asking that when you come onto the school site, you wear a mask please. If You are exempt please display an exemption card so if asked why you are not wearing a mask you can show the card. There is no reason to be rude to staff who are trying extremely hard to keep every one safe.

We do have a few cases in school, please do LFTS regularly. If your child has a cough, then please test. I understand that colds/ flu are still around but we just need to rule out the virus before we accept them in school with their medicine.

If you have any questions I will be glad to answer them or if I can’t find someone who can. Thank you to the many parents who abide by the rules and are very supportive.

      Broad Street is open every day for tests and you stay off school until you get the results as coughing is a symptom. Let school know in the morning please/ results or whether You are still awaiting them.
