At Broad Heath we have 12 values( take a walk and look at the value wall outside Y6)- please can you tell me how you have displayed a school value this week and what you did and how successful it was?

    Red group has discussed how we have shown the British values.

    We have shown kindness by helping someone when they are sad or feeling down.

    We have used tenacity this week to work hard in English, to rewrite a story by ourself.
    We worked so hard to learn more how to draw a drogons eye.
    We practice our handwriting lots of time.

    3 red discussed the value of tenacity
    This week for our work we tried again and again until we got it right.
    Last week we drew a dragon eye we had 3 tries we used tenacity to improve it.
    Today we also used tenacity to make our handwriting beautifully neat.

    Showed kindness towards helping one another we also communicated as a group and worked by a team.
    We used these values in maths,topic and English.

    In 3 White we have shown tenacity because we have worked hard and reflected on our work and made it better.
    We have been respectful by showing care for our surroundings. We have been kind as many of us have helped others.
    We have shown teamwork because we have earnt bricks. We have shown brilliance in maths because this is the subject we have produced our best work.

    In 1W, Sanya said she showed kindness when she helped Jasmine with her Maths work.

    Naksh said he showed teamwork with Aadyan when they were reading a book together.

    Roshaan from 1Blue said, “We showed good teamwork by sharing the cubes and counters for maths.”
    Murtaza said, “Respect and kindness because I helped people when they fell outside.”
    Iqra said, “You have to speak respectfully to everyone and say thank you.”
    1Blue shared lots of answers during carpet time.

    We have used:
    Resilience by working hard in maths,
    Tenacity by never giving up when work is a challenge,
    Teamwork by ensuring that everyone in our group has a job to do,
    Empathy by considering how my actions can make others feel and ensuring I am being kind (This is also using kindness.)
