    Part – whole model for 19: 1 ten and 9 ones.
    For 17: 1 ten and 7 ones.
    For 11: 1 ten and 1 one.

    Ben can have 11 or 12
    Erica can have 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9
    Anna can have 16,17,18,19

    You can make 20 by using two 10 sticks
