Year 2 Maths Challenge Autumn 1 2023

    Yes . Habeeb is right. When we add 10 to once the once remain same example 10+3=13
    10+4=14

    The number could be 41 43 or 42 the number could not be 71 23 or 61
    Silver Jessica has the highest number because 2tens and 9ones makes 29
    Gold no he is not right because some times you change the ones

    Faith has 27 and Jessica has 20+9=29
    Jessica has largest number. 29 is more than 27
    Gold
    Habib is right. Add 10 to any number the ones always stays the same. 10+7 =17 , 10+3=13, 10+9 =19

    It can be 41, 45 or 47
    It can’t be 23, 34 or 38

    Silver:
    Jessica has more because she has 29 ( 9 ones but faith has 27 (7 ones)

    Gold:
    Correct because you add 1 ten to the tens only 23 + 10 = 33

    Platinum:
    She has more than 100 P

      Habib is correct because the ones stay the same and the tens change..
      11 + 10 = 21
      21 + 10 = 31

      Platinum
      Isla has 32p and she got 70p for her birthday so if we add 32p + 70p that makes £1.02p.
      Isla has more than £1.
