    Fractions are numbers which can be cut in half to show a certain answer

    1. Fractions need the same numerator anddenominator to equal a whole
    2. If 10 fiths are a half of 10
    3. We can use fractions every day for seeing if it’s a half or not
    4. Knowing how a fraction can be used

    What are fractions?
    Fractions is an object split into a piece and write down the amount or the proportion of the piece. Example 2/3 3/4 1/1 13/3

    We used teamwork during maths

    1. I know that 2/4 is equivalent to 1/2.
    2. Can you divide fractions?

    Fractions are a number that shows you how much you took out of his much you cut it in to.
    1 . A whole .
    2. 1 half .
    3. 2 quaters.
    4. 1 half .

    What do you already know about fractions?
    I already know that you can do 2 quarters + 2 quarters = a whole .
    Also I know that 1 third + 1 third = 2 thirds
    I know that it is basically 1 + 1 but you just have to remember to add the third , quarter ,and half but when you deal with a whole it is the same thing .
    I would like to know how to work out how you do a question like this 2 quarters + 1 half.
    How can we use fractions in everyday life?
    I can use fraction in my everyday like by when I cut a cake we use it when we cut a pizza when we pour a drink we have to get the same .
    Which skills did you use during today’s Maths learning of fractions?
    Skills I use yesterday was my math skills and my thinking skills .
