Year 6 – Christmas Carols

Last Wednesday, Year 6 brought the Christmas spirit to the Lower Precinct. They raised an amazing £107.50 for the Cyrenians.

I am writing to thank you to you and the children who came to the centre to sing yesterday. Their carol singing was wonderful.  This was evident on the faces of the shoppers who stopped to listen.  The whole performance was extremely enjoyable and the pupil’s behaviour was impeccable.  They are a credit to your school.  I appreciate the amount of time and effort required by both staff and pupils in order to prepare for the event and thank you all for taking the time to perform at Lower Precinct.

    I loved the song the 12 days of Christmas.
    I enjoyed the carol as It was fun to realise how much progress we made from a studio to a real thing.I enjoyed practicing as it made me feel there was purpose to perform at the lower precinct.
    Everyday allows us to perform.

    I have developed singing skills and I loved the singing because we got better skills and gave to charity I really enjoyed practise as it has helped us so we could sing better to get perfect tune perfect singing perfect pitch perfect skills the walk was fun we talked and when it came with singing we were amazingly good also it can help with performance 🎭 and trying to persuade someone with that tone we have also developed a skill so we’re not shy in performing as we have all those skills it was the best most wholesome performance ever more more people started to watch starting with parents then people and all together we raised 107 pounds all for the charity and from charity to poor I’m really glad we gave and sang.

    I developed more self confidence when I was singing.
    I enjoyed it as it was a fun way to express ourselves.
    Careers that can be enhanced by this are any that involves communicating socially.
