Each week, in Geography, we have been set different challenges to explore in our local area.
Last week we went to find out which road was busiest near our school. We wanted to find out if the council should add some more pedestrian crossings. We went to Stoney Stanton Road and St Paul’s Road and carried out a traffic survey.
Which road was busiest? Which was the most common vehicle?
This week we looked at litter pollution in our local area. It made us feel a little sad. We decided to make a change and began by cleaning up our school environment. We are proud how clean BH is but sometimes accidents still happen. We worked as a team to make it right!
