This week, in English, we looked at the difference between fiction and non-fiction texts. We sorted books into two piles on our tables.

What is a fiction text? Can you give me some examples.

What is a non-fiction text? What would I find in a non-fiction text?

    A fiction text is something that is made up using your imagination like a fairytale.
    The Gruffalo is an example.
    A non – fiction text is something that is real and not made up. You would find facts in a non – fiction text. An example is a fact book about sharks 🦈
