    Huzaifa said the little red riding hood cape should be made of plastic because it is flexible, strong and waterproof.

    Bilal says: Plastic is the best material for little red riding hoods cape because plastic is waterproof, flexible and strong. The water will slide of not soak through.

        Yes miss Bhangu
        The least suitable material was the cotton fabric because the water went through the material so its not good to stay dry.
