6 Red Exploring Shapes

We started Maths week by exploring shapes. We revisited our prior knowledge of 2 D shapes.  In our groups, we designed and planned our own football pitch based on 2 D shapes. We annotated our design explaining why we chose the 2D shape and how it would be effective. After exploring 3D shapes and their properties, we classified 3D shapes into different categories.
