My heart rate when I was sitting was 69 .When I was walking it was 79. But , when I was running it was 90.my heart rate increased by doing lots of different things. When exercising your heart rate rises because your working a lot and you heart has to pump blood around your body very quickly. My highest heart rate was 90 because my heart had to work hard while I was running.
