Today, we started by reflecting on how hobbies form an important part of our mental and emotional wellbeing. We created a piece of art to show our inner and outer self and how this is impacted by our hobbies.
We then built on this learning to make posters all about maintaining good mental, emotional and physical health. How can this be done?
We played playground games and even created our own.
We then tried out a climbing wall. Great courage shown by all!
