Wow 4 Blue, what an awesome end to an amazing half term!
We have had so much fun exploring Trinidad and Tobago which is part of the Commonwealth. Over the last few days we have been busy locating Trinidad and Tobago and it’s neighbouring countries on a map, comparing their physical and human features to the UK’s and researching and creating fact files about King Charles III who is their head of state.
Linking this to art, we have listened to and appreciated music from Trinidad and Tobago and made our own instruments using junk. We also looked at the artist Wayne Pascall and created sorrel flowers with water colours. Using oil pastels, we created a piece of art inspired by the Windrush generation.
