Christmas Songs

All of year 2 are visiting Frank Walsh House in December. They will be bringing some Christmas cheer to those there by performing some songs and reading some poetry.

To make it special it is important that the children learn the words to the songs. Some they know already and some are new to them. This learning cannot be done just in their music lessons and so we would ask you please to help your children as much as possible to learn the songs off by heart.

There are links here to the lyrics and a music video so they can be reminded of the melody. We are not singing all the words to all the songs so please be guided by the words sheet as to what to learn.

Enjoy singing with them!

Jingle bells

Little donkey

On the first day of Christmas

Rudolph

See him lying on a bed of straw

Silent night

We wish you a merry Christmas x3
