We have had a fantastic day in 6 blue! Today we spend the day finding out about King Charles and celebrated his coronation. We made a traditional Eton mess, researched our new king, completed an obstacle course and created portraits. To finish the day, we celebrated with our family and friends singing the national anthem and a coronation song.
We have found out what an Eton mess is and its history and worked together in groups to make our own version. We used mixing skills as well as cutting skills and teamwork.
We created our own portraits by creating an abstract background using paint. We used many techniques that we have learnt throughout the year.
