This week in Science, Y2 have been learning all about teeth. We have understood what makes our teeth healthy, such as which foods we should eat more of and those we should avoid.

We sorted foods into groups of Gauhati is good for our teeth and body and what is bad for our teeth and body. We also looked at the amount of sugar in fizzy drinks.

Challenge: Pick a food or drink item at home and list how many grams of sugar it contains.

    I brush my teeth twice a day in morning and night.
    Milk and coconut water is good to drink.
    Apple and oats are healthy food to eat.
    Cold drinks are unhealthy.
