Today children tested both fruit and vegetables including sweet potato, celery stem, lettuce leaf, flower and orange skin. They used play dough and had a great time imprinting. They found that some fruits and vegetables made a stronger impression and imprint than others.
Question time- Which fruit or vegetables made the weakest imprint? Why?
Sweet potato made the weakest imprint because it had flat base and surface.
