Today in 2W children thought about rock pools as part of our project – what is water?
Yesterday they explored the layers of the ocean and the creatures that live within the layers. Today we thought back to our sea side trip and focused more on rock pools and what we might find there. We learnt about some key creatures that live in rock pool habitats. Children then explored our own environment to find materials they could use to create a rock pool in a tray.
Can you tell me any interesting facts about creatures you might find in rock pools?
