I agree that teachers should go on strike because they are not getting enough pay for them as the cost of living is rising and if they do not get enough money then they cannot live.

I think teachers should strike because the cost of living has came up but the teachers pay has stayed the same , therefore they are losing lots of money.

Yes they should if they are not being treated with a certain amount of money that they should be getting but also they shouldn’t because then most of the people in school will not be able to go to school because will be no teachers to teach them.

Key Stage 2-(Y3-6)-
Strike is when people or schools or firemen don’t get enough money for their job people they strike because they need more money to pay for stuff like their homes and electricity I do agree that teachers should strike because they need money to pay for stuff at their home and for shopping

I agree that teachers can be on strike as I don’t think that it is fair that the cost of living is going up but the pay is not going up as much.

Yes I agree because teachers want to get paid more by the government so it’s good that th y are striking but many teachers are striking and it effects the children’s learning.

I don’t think it’s fair that teachers should go on strike because children will be missing out on learning but if the government isn’t paying teachers enough money they have a right to go on strike.

I think that teachers must have be on strike because if they don’t have enough money you won’t be able to have enough to pay for the school and pay for the school resources and if they won’t have enough money they won’t be able to pay rent and help with the school to pay for the bills the stuff we use like rulers pens pencils etc so I think that it is fair that the teachers should be able to get strike.

I agree because some teachers don’t Evan get payed enough when they work from Monday to Friday
So that’s why I agree that some teachers go on strikes.

I don’t think it’s ok because we need to learn something everyday so I think the teachers mustn’t go on strike again. Also it’s a problem because other people like firefighters need to get fires down and the people need to be healed by the doctors.

Maybe because if the teachers are being very good at a strike they deserve it and add the rent to them but if they be very bad at teaching you should less there money and don’t let them go.

Key Stage 2-(Y3-6)- I agree with this, not because we get days off but because the government aren’t being fair to the teachers by not raising their salary even though we are going through the cost of living crisis and inflation.

I agree people should be on strike because if the government don’t give people enough money they will not do anything about it and if we don’t go on strike we won’t have enough money for stationary.

I think that teachers did the right thing when they went on strike. This is because the cost of living is getting higher but the teachers wages are staying the same. There is also an argument against this though that the teachers are putting children in danger. I disagree with this statement as children can get extra tuition for the striker day.

I agree that teachers should be on strike because in living crisis things are more expensive and the teachers need to pay bills of their house and if they do not get enough money they won’t be able to afford their bills.
