Individual Liberty is about choices we make. Today Shamima Begum has been denied the right to return to the U.K. . What are your thoughts about this case?

I think she should be allowed at Britain because everyone has a right to do what they want It is a free country . She was born in the uk and her house as well so she has a right to come home.

I think she should not be aloud back into the United KIngdom as she joined a terrorist team to hurt the United KIngdom and now that everything has gone downhill she wants to come back to the Uk. I think here entry should be denied

I think she should not be allowed into the UK as the terrorists might take her wanting to leave the country as a sign of betrayal. If she is allowed into the UK she might give the government information that she isn’t allowed to. This might mean that the terrorists might try to kill her to stop her.

I think she not allowed because she decided to go for a boy that is not in her country and was only 14 so she should stay in the in that country and take the punishment.

I think this is fair as even after 3 appeals on this case she should NOT be allowed back into this country . she tried to use the excuse of ” I lost 3 babies ” however I think the terrorists are pulling a English trick on England called ‘sleeper cell ‘ . or things have gone wrong in Islam and their after her so she wants to come back to the safety net . that’s why I think her being rejected for coming back is fair . FINALLY the government is getting some kind of sense .

This is fair and unfair. She did leave the country to join the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL). If you were a Court official you would say that she would be instantly exiled. But there is more to her story to just that. Sadly, she has denied to give the UK officials information about why she did it or what happened, so it is very hard to give her a fair judgement. After a long time they decided to give her back her British Citizenship but she denied it. It is very hard to judge whether this was fair or not as she has yet to give her side of the debate. If I were to judge this I would say it is fair. This is because she may of been threatened or bribed to join the ISIL and maybe she did not have a choice. It is fair for the time being but we might change opinions when she gives her evidence.

I think it’s fair because if other young people want to leave to join terrorist groups that kill innocent people will be put off because they will know that they will be not be allowed back to England. We all need to be good citizens and respect each no matter who we are.

I think it is fair decision that she is not allowed back to the UK because she left to join a terrorist group and if she came back into the UK it could be a danger to us as if she is lying and is still part of that group she could help them to plan attacks here. I think it will put people off joining terrorist groups in the future because they know they won’t be allowed to come back here after. I also think she chose to leave to join a terrorist group and this shows that she is not a good citizen and doesn’t follow any British values.

I think this shouldn’t have happened because she might have VERY important jobs in the UK and they might be like working for the president or like being a police officer or being a secret important agent.So I think this also shouldn’t happen because You might have school and that school was a school that you can’t miss a day off or you will kicked out the school and then will never be able to come back again.But sometimes you do need to be denied you might not have any of 5hese important jobs that I listed above and there might be a pandemic around or there might be bad people where you live so it’s either a yes she should be denied or it’s a no she shouldn’t be denied.

I think she should be allowed to come back to her home because she is sorry for what she has done and her family will be missing her so much.
