    Yes because studies prove that when you exercise it effects the mental well-being and helps your brain more when dealing with stress.Also the people who exercise regularly are 25% less likely to develop depression or an anxiety disorder over the next 5 years!

Health policies aiming at changing physical and mental health need to consider not only the direct cross-effects but also the indirect cross-effects between mental health and physical health.
