Today for science day we have been exploring air pressure. We learnt about Italian scientist Evangelista Torricelli and his invention of the barometer. We began the morning researching and proving that air pressure exists. We did this by eliminating the oxygen from a glass bottle to push an egg inside. We created our own barometers. We also learnt about the water cycle and explored mixing salt with water colours although we will need to wait until Monday to find out what happened?
