THE ROAD TO El DORADO – 5 White

We took part in a hunt for gold around the school. We had to follow clues afterwards we read the story of El Dorado and used our experience to infer accurately.

What new vocabulary have you learnt today?

How did you feel while on the treasure hunt and what emotions did you have at the end? Explain your answer.

    I felt happy because we found the treasure and this was the best english lesson in the whole school

    I have learnt that dappled means
    that you have different coloured spots.At the end I felt excited and delighted because we went around the school looking for clues.

    I was curious while we were on the the hunt because I wanted to know what will happen next. I was over whelmed because we found the treasure.

    I was overjoyed because after a Couple of minutes walking and finding the clues we finally made it in the end!
