We work as a team because we are upfront and honest with each other, we talk about our issues together and solve them together. We always help others and show empathy. We are respectful and care about people’s backgrounds and faith this gives us knowledge which makes us stronger. We are kind to everybody. We take responsibility for our actions. We care for and celebrate everybodies unique qualities.

This is because broad heath is a team and always achieves many things never gives up and everyone treats each over as family! All and every pupil is kind no matter the religion, or skin colour this school is caring and supports everyone! And we are helpful , respectful and kind we will always be willing to support and give help if someone is hurt upset or struggling with anything in this school there is only “I can do this not “I can’t do this. “

Broad Heath is successful because we all get along even if there not our friend or family. We all care for the people who have problems. Even the people that are different to us. When some get bullied we help them and tell an adult.

Meena- We are a successful team because we are kind and caring but we also respect everyone in the school even if they are younger or older.
We have to help and share to be able too be a great school and team.
You should never judge anyone and treat everyone equally no body is better. If you fall down then just get back up and if you hit the ground then don’t stop.
Anaya- We are a successful team because even if we are a different colour or religion we still don’t judge each other. We care for everyone even in the school and outside the school we must be kind and helpful. You don’t hurt anybody or be bad to them because we are all a team and we are all a school so we have to be kind and caring to each other.
