Week 1 phonics in Reception

This week, your child started their exciting journey of reading and writing in Reception. We learnt the first five sounds on the RWI charts (m,a,s,d,t). We practiced how to form the letters for those sounds and we played lots of Fred games to prepare the children for their blending sessions next week.
