Y2 Homework – Week 2

Hi Y2! Please complete 2 pieces of homework.
Please ensure you watch the phonics videos set for your group.

Take part in a TTRS year 2 battle. Log onto TTRS and compete! Which class will win?

Create a game and write instructions for how to play it. Use a numbered list and a range of time words.

Go outside and explore which plants you can find. Can you name any of them? If anybody in your family has a garden, ask if you can help them to tend to it. You could sweep away any fallen leaves or twigs or even plant something new in the ground! Let us know how you do.

Practise Week 3 spellings, read your book and write a comment in your diary, please.

    In my front garden I have many different plants and flowers growing.
    One of the plants is a Rosemary plant and sometimes my mummy uses this for cooking.

    We also have dandelions which I like to blow and daisy’s which look very pretty.
