    In the Victorian days people used to clean floors and roofs, chimney people used to clean the chimneys and for lunch they used to eat grule they also ate cheese and bread.

    – They ate gruel which was horrible.
    – The people wore uncomfortable uniform.
    – They was punished by not being fed or they would go to prison
    – Some children had no parents and the ones that did were separated from their parents.

    – the children had to clean floors with clothes and sponges
    – they ate disgusting foods
    – the cleaned chimneys even when they were small
    – they were poor so they lived on the streets
    – they werent given enough food

    The men and women and children were separated.
    There were some orphan children so they had no parents.
    They ate gruel for food.
    The children did school work for 3 hours a day.
    They went to church 2 times on Sundays .
    The people who were poor use to live in the work house.
