Year 5 Spanish Day

Today, Year 5 had the fantastic opportunity to celebrate Spanish Day where we tasted some mouth-watering food, enjoyed playing some Spanish music, participated in popular sports from Spain (Football and Tennis), created some fantastic art work inspired by Pablo Picasso and used our I.T skills to design postcards from Madrid. Here are some of the highlights of the day. Which activities did you enjoy and why?

    The postcards were fun because We could write anything about Madrid and use lots of slang words which were fun and at the same time funny 🤣 .I enjoyed tasting the Patatas Bravas (Because cooking is fun and because I was hungry.)

    Spain day was the best! 🇪🇸😊 I’m so glad to see everyone enjoyed Computing. I was super impressed to see how well everyone did, we definitely transported ourselves to Madrid. Well done, Year 5!
