Hi Year 5, here is your homework for this week.

Select two pieces of homework to complete and log into Spelling Shed and practise your spelling words.

Homework should be a celebration of your learning and should reflect your full effort and ability. Homework is also a brilliant opportunity to discover more and take time to produce a piece of work you are truly proud of. The best efforts could even be sent to Mr Andrews when he calls for good work.

Homework MUST be completed and brought into school on WEDNESDAY at the latest. This includes your spellings.

To read and comprehend a text

To research habitats.

Create a fact file about a habitat of your choice. Give examples of animals/plants which live there along with information about their life cycles. Focus on one animal within that habitat.

    I got 100% on Education City

    ENGLISH:
    1. Sports

    2. River Nile- Aswan High Dams
    River Ganges- Tehri Dams
    River Yangtze- Three Gorges Dams

    6. It says the Tehri Dams is the tallest so maybe by the sentence it means it’s the tallest, largest and most powerful.

    7. Maybe, dam collapses.

    8. They might think the Volga River is actually a very important river.

    Hello, yes it is Piece of Fraction 2. You have to search it up. It is the game not worksheets.

    Mrs khan I did piece of fraction 2 because the other ones were slides and this one was the only activity but I did the slides anyway

    Miss Khan the Maths education city is not showing up ,so do we have to search it up on education city? And is it Piece of Fraction 2 or Piece of Fraction 1?

    For Education City, I could only find “Piece of the fraction 2”. Is that the correct one?
