In Victorian times they treated kids badly different from our time now because old day in Victorian time schools were strict and they had to use chalk to write on black board , the workhouse was very difficult to clean so we had to clean the floors with hard brush and liquid soap and water, we can choose what we want to eat, but does day they have to eat what they were give, this new generation we use paper note books to write and digital white boards in our classrooms we have mobile phones from communication.

Learnt about how Victorian time is different from our time.
Victorian schools were strict and they had to use chalk to write on the board.
The workhouse was hard. We had to clean the floors with brush.
We can choose what we want to eat, they have to eat what they were given.

today i really enjoyed Victorian day because i learnt how children went to school and how they were treated. I also think that school then are very very different to how schools are now. i also think that the workhouses were very unfair and gave the workers too much hard work.

1.Today we have learned all about Victorian days.

2.Victorian school children wrote on the slates with chalk, to write in the paper they used a pen with nib , dipping the in ink, but we use pencil to write on the note books.

Victorian school they are often strict and children get punished for small wrongdoings.

3.Workhouse is a very hard job.

4.Now we are in modern day, we use paper note books to write and digital whiteboards in our classrooms and have i pad for learning activities. We have televisions and mobile phones for communications and learning.
