6 White – Magnificent Musicians

This week, the children had the opportunity to play the keyboard using the skills they have been learning whilst playing the glockenspiel. We also had the opportunity to practise singing our Christmas Carols ready for our performance. Have a look at the gallery below and tell me how you felt playing the keyboard? Was it different/challenge compared to the glockenspiel?

    I enjoyed it

I felt anxious and exited at the same time as it was my first experience with the keyboard. It was different to the glockenspiel as it was bigger . A similarity is that that look the same as they are present as the sharps are in the same area.

I really hope I will play on the piano next week.
It looks harder on the piano than on the glockenspiel because the glockenspiel is very small and the piano is enormous so u have to look at a certain place to play the notes

It felt different because only half of the notes were from the glockenspiel and instead of a stick we used are fingers.

    it was really fun

I felt the glockenspiel was easy because there are the letters and colours but the keyboard you had to like practise and practice to know compared to the glock
