    Near the end of the chapter he said he felt the stinging pain in the back of his neck, then his back, and his arms aswell. A large translucent white jellyfish was floating right besides him as it’s tentacles groping after him then he was stung on the foot.

    He said that he thought of his mother father and the Peggy sue and wondered where they were.

    I think the reader is supposed to dislike kensuke a bit but also like him for he gives Micheal supplies to live.
