Evaluating Bread in 4 White ๐Ÿž๐Ÿฅ–๐Ÿฅฏ

This week in 4 White we tasted different types of bread, as the evaluating stage of our DT unit. We tasted pitta breaded, seeded rolls, raisin brioches and chocolate chip brioches too!
We evaluated the texture, appearance, smell and taste of each type of bread.

Which bread was your favourite? Why?

Which bread was your least favourite? Why?

What additional ingredients are you going to add to your bread?

    My favorite bread was pita bread because it was thick.
    My least favorite bread was raisin bread because I don’t like raisins.
    I will add seeds on my bread.

    My favourite was the chocolate brioche because it was soft on the outside and chewy on the inside also chocolate chips are my favourite.

    My least favourite was raisan brioche because I don’t like rasians in bread .

    I would add cinnamon in my bread and on top ,because I love the taste and have had cinnamon on pretzels and buns before.
