    I loved the watermelon ,bananna, and dragon fruit.

    Mrs Watkins, Mrs browning and all the other teachers thank you for chopping all the fruits for us 😁.

    Banana , strawberry, grapes are fruits.
    yogurt, cheese , milk are dairy.
    chocolate, cupcakes and marshmallows are sugar.

    A balanced diet is when you have healthy food which means it gives you healthy sugars so that you are strong and have energy.
    My favourite food is eggs which is protein. Cheese which is dairy,apples which are fruits and brocolli which is a vegetable .
