Hello 5 Red, as we have had a great outcome for spelling results this week. Me and Miss Akhtar thought it would a great idea for you all to have a spelling challenge!

Below are the spellings for week 2. The spelling rule for this week is –cious. This is a suffix. Can you find out its meaning? Practise your spellings too.

    A suffix is part of a word that goes on the end of a word . The -tious and -cious are part of the -ious suffix.
    This suffix means ‘full of’ or ‘having’
