What does it mean to be healthy?
Being healthy is about having a healthy body and a healthy mind. There are many ways we can achieve this by maintaining a healthy diet and being active/exercising.
We need food for reasons such as staying healthy and to grow. This gives us lots of energy needed for the day. A balanced diet helps with this.

A balanced diet includes various food groups.

Ways to stay active are walking, playing games and dancing.

It is also important to get enough sleep so we are well rested and have enough energy.

I am 8 and half bananas tall.
My cousin Azaan used a banana to find out how tall I am.
I am 8 and half bananas tall and my cousin is 9 bananas tall and my cousin Azaan measures the most bananas tall.

    I need to buy 4 bunches of grapes because 4 x 5 = 20.

    20p + 20p + 10p = 50p
    10p + 10p + 10p + 10p + 10p = 50p
    20p + 10p + 10p + 10p = 50p

    2 x 3 = 6
    3 x 2 = 6
    5 + 1 = 6
    1 + 5 = 6
    2 + 4 = 6
    3 + 3 = 6
    4 + 2 = 6
    1 x 6 = 6
    0 + 6 = 6
    6 + 0 = 6
    6 x 1 = 6

    50 + 50 = 100
    2 x 50 = 100
    100 divide by 2 = 50 red apples and 50 green apples.
